Summary: Advertising poster from 1887 for the Feigenspan Brewery of Newark, New Jersey. At upper left is a small scene with bunny and broken egg, apparently representing Easter. This beer advertisement features a large egg, on which is printed "Feigenspan's Finest On Draught Today." At bottom are barley stalks and hop vines, signifying two of the main ingredients in beer. In very small lettering at the lower right corner is name of the designer and/or lithographer, "Hermann Bartsch, 54 Beekman St., N.Y."
