Notes: Caption from caption list: Lee Ying, who operates a little cigar making shop almost under the dome of the Capitol. He is one of the very few Chinese cigar makers in the country and the only one in the Capitol city. Lee Ying works as many hours a day as a laundryman and literally turns out bales of cigars. His shop is at 325 Penna. Ave.
