Summary: Print shows Jules Duruof and his wife being rescued at sea from the sinking basket of their balloon "Le Tricolore" which lost altitude over the North Sea off the coast of England. Two fishermen help Mrs. Duruof into their boat while Duruof clings to the basket; a larger fishing vessel or sailboat approaches on the left. The balloon which was carried off by the wind after the Duruofs were rescued was eventually recovered in the Skagerrak.
